LBIO is proud of being a member of the Marie-Sklodowska-Curie Doctoral Network “REBONE – End-to-end multidisciplinary optimal design for improved personalised bioactive glass/ceramic bone substitute implants”. In this network 10 PhD positions in 5 different European countries are to be filled (4 in Italy, 3 in Austria, 1 in Belgium, 1 in Serbia, and 1 in Poland). We are looking forward to receiving applications from highly motivated students who want to contribute to ameliorate technologies for personalised bone implants.

In particular, for the PhD position at the LBIO in Vienna (Austria), we are seeking a PhD candidate who is interested in analysing patient-specific data obtained from clinical images and in studying micro-architecture and mineralisation characteristics in bone samples.
